The Girls U10 (U11 in Fall) team, coached by Fred Velez, won the Wolfpack Invitational on Sunday, July 11th, for the second consecutive year.  Keeper Hayley Garriott allowed only 2 gols in 4 games while 5 different team members combined to score a total of 11 goals, including a hat-trick in one game by forward Luisa Delgado.  Highlight of the tournament was when the whole team gathered to watch the first half of the World Cup Final in a restaurant, then rushed to the field in Irvine to play their fourth game, winning by a score of 3-1 and securing the overall win for the team!
