Malcolm Glazer is the current owner of the Manchester United franchise. He is an American businessman and sports entrepreneur. He is also the principal owner and chairman of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League.
In 2005, Glazer took control of Manchester United by acquiring a majority of the club’s shares. The club was subsequently floated on the stock exchange, but Glazer and his family continue to hold a controlling interest.
Although some fans have criticized him for his methods of financing the takeover, there is no doubt that Glazer is a successful businessman who has made a significant investment in one of the world’s most famous soccer teams.

Old Trafford Stadium
Old Trafford is a football stadium in Trafford, Greater Manchester, England, and the home of Manchester United. With a capacity of 74,879, it is the largest club football stadium in the United Kingdom and the eleventh-largest in Europe.
Old Trafford was initially designed by Scottish architect Archibald Leitch, who also designed several other stadia, including Goodison Park.
However, World War I delayed the project until 1917, when construction began. The stadium was completed in 1919 and officially opened on 19 February 1920. Since then, it has been redeveloped, most recently in 2006.

Manchester United was formed when businessman John Henry Davies purchased Newton Heath LYR Football Club in 1902. The team changed its name to Manchester United Football Club, and Davies invested heavily into the club, building new training grounds and signing some of the best players in England at the time.
