The Bengals play their home games at Paycor Stadium in downtown Cincinnati. Originally Named Paul Brown Stadium after co-founder and head coach Paul Brown, the Bengals joined the NFL as an expansion team in 1968.
The Bengals won three AFC championships in 1981, 1988, and 2022 but ultimately lost all three. The first two to the San Francisco 49ers and, most recently, the Los Angeles Rams.

As a junior in 2019, he led LSU to a 15–0 record and the school’s fourth national championship en route to being named Heisman Trophy winner. He set an NCAA FBS record for most passing touchdowns in a single season with 60 touchdowns and became only the second player to throw for over 5,600 yards in a season with 5,671 yards passing.
Joe Burrow had a stellar second season in the NFL, leading the Cincinnati Bengals to their first Super Bowl appearance in over two decades. The Bengals were mediocre before Burrow’s arrival, but he quickly turned them into a contender with the help of former LSU teammate J’Marr Chase. His play was impeccable, and he also displayed outstanding leadership qualities.
In the Super Bowl, the Bengals ultimately lost to the powerhouse Los Angeles Rams, but Burrow proved he is the franchise quarterback they hoped he’d be.
